Dr. Rezai is a board-certified psychiatrist, certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She completed her undergraduate education at Tufts University in Medford, MA. She received her medical doctorate UT Southwestern here in Dallas, Texas. During her training, she gained extensive experience treating patients with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders and PTSD. In addition to having extensive knowledge of evidenced-based psychiatric medication management, she has received additional training in psychotherapy on the psychotherapy track, in a variety of therapy modalities. She received the award for the Outstanding Resident Contribution to Medical Student Education. Dr. Rezai has diverse experience, having taken care of patients at UT Southwestern, Parkland Hospital, Zale-Lipshy, Clements University Hospital, VA North Texas, Metrocare, Children’s Medical Center and UT Arlington.
